MAJOR BATHROOM RENOVATION

This is the beginning demolition work for a major bathroom remodel on a first floor. This project required the removal of an exterior door, the concrete pour where exterior stairs were, The filling, framing, and exterior tongue and groove siding replacement were exterior door once was. New tile flooring, new interior walls and bathroom door, new lighting and electrical outlets, and finally up to and including new framing to extend interior wall for new plumbing. Waiting on plumber and electrician than the build out can commence. Often demo is the longest part of any remodel.

The job was no easy feat. There was a lot of shoddy work left over from the original contractor that abandoned the job which had to be either modified or replaced. The goal was to get the Homeowner a working bathroom as quickly and efficiently as possible. With careful planning, preparation, and execution, you can see the unique and wonderful finished product.
